THE FFM (FAT FREE MASS) RULES 1. Drink a glass of water every hour 2. Eat 5 meals/day, calories:mass(kg) = 25:1 3. Eat meals with pro:carb:fat = 3:5:2 4. Resistance training 3x/week intensely 5. Aerobic & anaerobic training 3x/week 6. Sleep 8 hours/day. Note: There is more than meets the eye in these rules. Careful how you try to interpret them.
