The 6 GOLDEN RULES of Fitness

1. Drink one glass of water for every conscious hour.
2. Eat 5 times/day. Total (25Cal x mass(kg)) divided by 5.
3. Eat protein (2.2g/kg), carbohydrates (2.2g/kg), and fat (.6-1.2g/kg).
4. Train with weights 3 times/week intensely.

6. Sleep 8 hours every day.
